SSLIICC

From a young age, SsliicC was just trying to follow in the footsteps of one of his cousins. SsliicC's first dream was to become an architect. Born at Kings County Hospital, and raised in the heart of Canarsie, Brooklyn, New York, he constantly was around drugs, violence, and mischief. At times it got to him but with his dedication to his dreams, he managed. Being inspired by the architect, SsliicC very much enjoyed drawing. From drawing cartoon and anime characters, maps, and blueprints at a young age to drawing landscapes and portraits was his only known talent. Never knowing that once he got ahold of his mother's iPhone 6+ to take a single picture of a flower in the middle of a family function, would change his entire field of artistic vision.

 

Being excited for the time being after entering this new world called photography, he realized he had the angles and steadiness to film. So why not create moving pictures, also known as videos, despite having very little experience and no equipment at all. Eventually giving him the chance to work with underground artists such as G,K33fa, Huncho Hennessy, Scrappy Doo, Kasper, etc. All enjoy the quality and sufficient timing of each project. Meanwhile, in every session, he teaches himself something new and learns more as he goes.

Eventually, SsliicC became tired of his old lifestyle and decided he wanted a fresh new start. SsliicC later moved to the Bronx. It wasn't far but he didn't know anyone or ever been there. The Bronx is where he now continues his life.
